Blair grew up in Glennville, Georgia, and moved to Bluffton, South Carolina in 2010. She is a true Southerner with a love for helping others live the Lowcountry lifestyle. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. After graduating, she worked for the Division of Family and Child Services (DFCS) in Georgia as a Child Abuse Investigator. After three years in the social services field, Blair moved to Bluffton and spent six years as a Dental Assistant.

Blair envisions home as a safe space. After working with children in social services, she realized that home is not everyone’s happy place. Real estate allows her to combine her love for architecture/design with the ability to help clients find a home that will be their happy place. Blair earned her real estate license from Hilton Head Real Estate School in 2016 and found her calling as a Realtor®. She truly enjoys representing her clients whether buying or selling. Blair’s most rewarding part of being a Realtor® is the moment when buyers walk into a home and realize “this is the one.” She joined Corcoran HM Properties in November of 2022.

Blair and her husband, Phil, live in Bluffton with their children, Harper and Harlow. When she has free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and gardening. She is also an avid volunteer within Cross Schools.
