Dave and his wife moved to the Lowcountry in South Carolina in 2010 and quickly settled into life in the south. He grew up in Toronto, Ontario, and attended Sacred Heart University on a scholarship to play Division 1 hockey, and graduated with a BS in Finance. He has put down strong roots in Bluffton and was even married at the iconic May River Chapel. Dave and his family are grateful to call Palmetto Bluff home.

Prior to becoming a Broker/Realtor®, Dave worked for two successful startup companies in Charleston. He was an owner/partner in Port City Moped business for four years and then Director of Sales for Smart Recycling, a company dedicated to helping businesses divert their food waste from the landfill to local compost facilities.

Dave’s background in finance combined with his strength in sales and marketing led him to make a career change in 2016 when he entered the world of residential real estate. Dave’s white glove approach, communication, and attention to detail helped him become a Top Producing agent while building a strong referral network. In 2019, he obtained his Broker’s License to best serve his clients and colleagues. Dave and his team joined Corcoran HM Properties in 2022.

Dave and his wife, Lauren, live in Bluffton with their two children, Charleigh Grace and Arthur, who are very active in the community with tennis lessons, riding horses, and swimming. In his free time, you will find Dave at the golf course, firepits, or on a boat cruise throughout the inland waterway.
