Chelsea Mynhardt
Chelsea grew up in Southern California and moved to North Carolina to attend Elon University in 2005. She majored in Psychology and Sociology which piqued her curiosity about how the human mind functions and says this experience gave her a helpful reflection of herself and others. After graduating, Chelsea worked for her family’s medical diagnostic company and served in many roles including sales, customer service, and consulting which prepared her well for a career in sales and the service side of real estate. She has been a Realtor® since 2015 and joined Corcoran HM Properties in September 2022.
Chelsea’s passion for real estate also extends to her husband, Lee, who is a real estate developer and owns Build Me, LLC. They live in Charlotte with their three dogs and enjoy wine tasting and working on interior design projects to create functional spaces that are aesthetically pleasing. Chelsea also volunteers time to help children through Big Brothers and Big Sisters and has been a Guardian ad Litem since 2018 which allows her to advocate for foster children in the courtroom.
