Nichole began her real estate career over 25 years ago in Charleston and has thrived in an industry that she truly loves. In addition to being a successful Realtor®, Nichole has a strong background in operations, marketing, asset management, and affordable housing. After graduating from the College of Charleston, she spent six years with I’On in several capacities as a real estate coordinator, marketing assistant, and design coordinator before joining Daniel Island Real Estate where she spent 20 years. During that time, Nichole was the Builder Program Manager and then Director of Sales and Operations. She has focused on being a full-time Realtor® for the past two years. She joined Corcoran HM Properties in 2022.
Representing her clients is more than just a job for Nichole. She truly enjoys helping each client and considers it an honor to assist them with one of the biggest decisions they will ever make buying or selling a home. Building long-term relationships with her clients comes naturally and has always been important to her. Even after the deal is closed, Nichole and her clients continue to build upon their friendship by regularly conversing, going out to dinner, taking walks together, etc. She believes the key to her success is being genuine, kind, and trustworthy.
Nichole was born in Topeka, Indiana, and moved to Albany, Georgia, with her family during childhood. She attended Emory University and transferred to the College of Charleston to complete a degree in psychology. Nichole loved Charleston so much that she made it her permanent home. Over the years, she has also lived on Sullivan’s Island and in Mount Pleasant before settling on Daniel Island where she and her husband, Dan, began their family. Their son, Turner, is a senior at Academic Magnet High School; daughter, Ella Clair, a sophomore at Philips Simmons High School; and their son, Miles, is in 8th grade at Daniel Island Middle School. They also have two dogs, a King Charles Cavalier named Lily and French Bulldog named Autumn. Nichole enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, boating, fishing, as well as renovating homes. She is also an active volunteer within the community.
