Meghan asked me if she could take on the challenge of selling an underwater (financially not literally underwater) home in Daniel Island. It was going to be such a challenge I made her "interview" for the job.... and she was great, took a serious but practical approach and got the job done... She made it happen and before too long a successful short sale beacuse a reality. I recommend her HIGHLY for any sale but the more challenging it is the more a really smart and creative agent like Meghan can make the difference that results in moving the property.
