Lindsay Tingler
A native of Reston, Virginia, Lindsay graduated from Virginia Tech where she also also met her husband, Clay, who grew up in Charlotte. She spent seven years working as in the mortgage industry as a loan processor and loan officer before moving to the Queen City in 2009 so Clay could take over managing his family’s business. A few years later, they moved to the Weddington area of Union County to begin a family.
With Linday’s solid background in the mortgage industry, it was a natural fit for her to transition into the residential real estate industry as a Broker/Realtor®. She loves to help people and finding her clients the perfect place to call home is a true blessing to her. Lindsay is detail oriented, well-organized, and knows the Charlotte region well. She joined Corcoran HM Properties in 2021.
Lindsay and her Clay have lived in Weddington for the past 12 years and have two children: a daughter, Emmerson (12), and son, Lucas (10), as well as two Golden Doodles, Cody and Charlee. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, reading, traveling, cooking, and volunteering in her children’s schools.
