Lauren McConnell
Lauren grew up in Harrisburg, Virginia, and graduated from Virginia Tech, located in the picturesque town of Blacksburg, VA. In 2006, she moved to Charlotte to experience the events, restaurants and culture offered in the Queen City. During that time, she held roles in marketing, public relations, and event planning at Creative Loafing and One Blood of the Carolinas.
In 2008, Lauren’s interest in real estate began when her husband formed MVP Construction. She immediately took an active role in identifying investment properties and land for potential custom home sites, and obtaining her real estate license was a natural fit. For nearly a decade, she has been the operations and marketing manager of this family business and was also a Broker/Realtor® for Willow Oak Realtors for five years prior to joining Corcoran HM Properties in 2021. While she enjoys all aspects of real estate, she specializes in land acquisition and luxury new construction.
Lauren and her husband, Will, reside in Myers Park with their three children and a dog named Folly. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, spending time with good friends, and cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies during football season. Lauren appreciates the value of relationships and has never met a stranger.
