Mark is a native North Carolinian and grew up in the far western mountain town of Murphy where he developed a love for the outdoors and people. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 2003 with degrees in Economics and Marketing. The following year, he chose to make Charlotte his home because it was a beautiful, growing city that offered many things to do, was filled with great people, and an easy drive to the mountains or coast.

A few years later, Mark began his real estate career after personally experiencing the benefits and financial rewards that home ownership in Charlotte offers. He was a top producing agent for several reputable firms for 14 years prior to joining Corcoran HM Properties in August 2021. Mark has always focused on offering the highest level of customer service to each of his clients and truly enjoys being their trusted real estate advisor for life.

He also knows the “In Town” Charlotte area really well having lived in Sedgefield and Cotswold neighborhoods; and now Dilworth for over 10 years.

Mark and his wife, Amy, have three sons: Ivan, Benjamin, and Brim, and a GSP pup, Finley. They enjoy spending time together whether it’s running around the neighborhood, riding the local mountain bike trails, or park hopping on the greenway! He also enjoys road and mountain biking/racing, snow skiing, camping, fishing, hiking, running and just being outside in general!
