Brittany grew up in Spring City, Tennessee, a small lake town outside of Knoxville. She was raised in a devout Tennessee Volunteers household, so it was a natural fit for her to get her degree from the University of Tennessee. From a young age, she had an interest in real estate because her dad was a general contractor and built the house she grew up in. He also built custom homes, developed subdivisions, and built the town’s library, gas station and nursing home, so blueprints and visiting construction sites were a normal part of her world. She also learned about architecture and design from her mom who taught her about different house styles and their history.

After graduating, Brittany moved to Huntersville, North Carolina, to work for Octagon Sports Marketing on their NASCAR Spring Cup Series team. She has spent 11 seasons in NASCAR and has been fortunate enough to work for the title series sponsor, the sanctioning body, and a five-time Championship-winning team - Joe Gibbs Racing. What she loves most about the sport is the people in the industry, the family comraderie, and being a part of a team. 

In February 2021, Brittany joined HM Properties and is based at our Lake Norman office. She truly loves the Charlotte region and everything it has to offer residents. Her greatest strength is her ability to bring out the best in people and make them feel comfortable. She truly enjoys getting to know clients so she can best help them. She is also detail-oriented, extremely loyal, and wired to perform under pressure, which is a definite plus when working in real estate.

Brittany lives in Harrisburg with her Yorkie, Ted. She enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, cooking, sports, and traveling. She also feels at home on the water and jokes about being behind the wheel of a boat long before she could drive a car!
