Hayley deserves 20 stars! As my agent, she went above and beyond for me (buyer). The sellers tried to back out, TWICE, and she was not letting that happen. She made sure we got what we came for and she was so kind and professional throughout the entire process. If I purchase another property in the future, I will most certainly be using Hayley again. She's a true rock star!

Hayley helped me find the perfect townhome in such a wild time in the property market in South End, CLT. I was away for work for a month and Hayley was back in Charlotte helping me every step of the way! She went to see the townhouse and sent me videos. I loved the place so much I even put an offer in "site unseen" because I have so much faith and trust in her. I cant recommend Hayley enough as she is available whenever i needed her (even to a fault). All hours of the day or night she is willing and able to answer questions and provide guidance. She caters the homes she suggests to each of her clients needs and asks of a priority wishlist before sending over suggestions. She is the best of the best. Anyone in Charlotte looking for a knowledgeable, hard working Realtor - look no further.

Hayley helped my husband and I buy our first house (in this crazy market) and I couldn't recommend her more. She was extremely accommodating - we were working on a tight timeline and she even changed a flight and came straight from the airport late on a Sunday night to do a showing for us! Hayley walked us through the entire home buying process and helped us with every step along the way. She is an outstanding communicator, very responsive and accessible, and is super organized and on top of everything! She was in constant communication with us, our lender, legal company, sellers' agent, the builders of the house, etc. She is such a great advocate for her clients and goes WAY above and beyond to make the process as seamless and easy as possible! Hayley reassured me throughout the process and my steady advocate with the seller's agent, contractors, and multiple third parties involved. There is not enough space for me to express all my gratitude for Hayley! She was the best realtor ever. She is so professional, smart, caring, responsive and always available even when she is busy. She helped us find a wonderful home and even when the deal was done she was still there for us. She also has a great eye for decorating even more so than some designers. We have not officially moved in and still out of town. We are having some work done and even though we have closed she is letting contractors in and running all over town doing whatever we need help with. She has not only been a realtor for us but a genuine friend. Dale and I will forever recommend her when someone is in need of a Realtor!!

Hayley was our third Realtor and she was absolutely fantastic. We were first time home buyers and not only was she patient and thorough with all of our questions but also was very responsive. We always heard back from here within 2 minutes. She made us feel really important, which was something we hadn't felt with previous realtors. We were also impressed with her work ethic. The second she stopped showing us one house, she was calling or texting saying "what about this one? I can set up a showing whenever." Then when it came to the showings she was always the first one there and the house was open and ready. Lastly we appreciated her honesty. She didn't bite her tongue or try and sell us on something she didn't have a good feeling about. She made sure we were knowledgeable and privy to all aspects of the inspections and closing procedures. There's a comfort level she provides. Not pushy in the slightest and is fun to be around. Can't recommend Hayley enough!

Hayley helped me buy my first home earlier this year and she is AWESOME! I cannot sing her praises enough. We had 1 consultation coffee I told her what I was looking for and my budget and she was so helpful and informative about the process. When it was time to make the offer we decided on a mid Friday afternoon and Hayley had an offer in for me before 4pm!!! So fast! She was so responsive in the closing process I never had to follow up on one single thing because she was so great and connected me to a great lender too! Would recommend 10/10.
