As a graduate from Clemson where she studied Financial Management with an emphasis in real estate, Jordan understands the nuances of a complex real estate market. Extremely motivated and dedicated to every task, she makes it her goal to streamline the real estate process for clients and provide an enjoyable experience.

Jordan was born, along with her twin sister, in Athens, Georgia, and their family moved to Fort Mill, South Carolina in the mid-1990’s. Jordan’s passion has always been real estate and she graduated from Clemson University with a degree centered around real estate. Jordan had even earned her North Carolina real estate license a year prior to graduating and spent summer break shadowing a successful, top producing agent. The transition after graduation was easy. Jordan earned her South Carolina real estate license and joined Cottingham Chalk Hayes. Less than a year later, she was offered a spot on the Maren Brisson-Kuester Team lead by Maren, a former NC Realtors President Elect and CMLS President. Jordan jumped on the opportunity and never looked back! In December 2018, the entire team joined Corcoran HM Properties where Maren took on the additional role as COO of the company.

Jordan believes your real estate agent should be quick to respond especially in this aggressive market, knowledgeable about the buying/selling process, able to adapt to each client’s needs, and above all, be honest and genuine. She strives daily to make sure her clients are in the best hands. After all, hand holding (guiding clients through the process while managing their expectations along the way) is a major component of all real estate transactions. Jordan specializes in working with first-time home buyers as well as facilitating new construction and resale transactions.

Jordan lives on a 64-acre farm in McConnells, SC, with husband, a local home builder in York County, their son, and two chocolate Labs. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, hunting with her husband, playing volleyball, attending Liberty Church, and hanging out with friends.
