Kim brings a unique insight to the Charlotte region. She first moved to Charlotte in 1996 and has seen the changing landscape of Charlotte first-hand, from Matthews to Myers Park and beyond to Mooresville and the lake community. Her vision and keen perspective have been informed by living in both Europe and Asia and she thoroughly enjoys assisting international clients relocating to the area.
Prior to joining HM Properties, Kim enjoyed a successful, diverse career in finance and fundraising, and so brings a wealth of professional business acumen to her clients.
Outside of the office, Kim enjoys playing pickleball, Pilates, reading, baking paleo cookies, and utterly spoiling her six-pound Yorkshire Terrier, Cokie.
