I chose to work with Stacey because of her deep knowledge and clear commitment to serving her clients' interests. She is excellent at communicating (phone and e-mail)and is timely in returning calls! I would recommend her services to family and friends!
J. Lincoln & M. IStacey took my stale listing that had not received any showings in 30 days. She re-listed it and I had multiple showings immediately. We closed on my house 45 days after listing with her! She gives results. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family, as she is an excellent agent!
G. MMy good friend recommended Stacey Stolar when my husband and I decided to sell our home. My friend's standards are incredibly high so I knew I was fortunate to have such a wonderful contact. In the best of times, it is difficult, even emotional, to sell one's home. But from the moment I met Stacey, I knew that she would make the entire process a good one. Stacey was positive but very straight forward. Gently, she explained that we would have to short sale our home of six years. Though my husband and I were devastated, we were absolutely confident that Stacey could walk us through the process. Stacey treated our short sale like a conventional sale. She walked through the house with me and discussed which pieces of furniture would have to go in order to make the house look larger. Can you imagine! This is such an intimate task but she was wonderful and very clear. I did exactly as she asked and each suggestion was a wise one. Her ideas of staging the house made my home seem larger. She even set the window blinds in way that filled each room with more light. Her attention to detail is flawless. I even staged the inside of each kitchen cabinet at her request. I highly recommend that anyone who works with Stacey should follow her suggestions. I promise you will breathe easier. The next step was having a professional photographer take photos of the house and preparing a beautiful booklet with the written details of the house. The difference between Stacey's work and the other Realtors I have seen is night and day. Her polished presentation of our home gave us confidence that we could sell in a dismal market place. To add to an impressive list of Stacey's professionalism, let me add that she answers her phone. She emails back immediately. I had called several Realtors and had not heard back. Several would not even bother coming to see the house. Stacey treated my home as though it was a multi-million dollar property and she treated me like a friend. She turned an unfortunate situation into a positive one. I have the utmost respect for her. Best of all, no matter what my frame of mind or my emotional state was when I called her, she always knew exactly what to say to me - when to talk me off the bridge, when to be pragmatic and firm, when to hold my hand and console - seriously, this is a woman who understands human nature. The end of the story is that we had a bid on our home in three days. My husband and I will be grateful forever.
Mary MFrom the moment Stacey Stolar walked into our house, we knew she was the Realtor for us. I had already met with two others, and there was no contest. Stacey obviously knows this business and takes it very seriously, and she exudes both confidence and competence with every breath. Perhaps most impressive is that she immediately makes you feel like a friend, all the while maintaining an incredibly professional stance. One of my frustrations with all of the other Realtors I talked to was that they were setting the price of our house based solely on the comps around us. Stacey was the only one willing to take into account all of the upgrades, renovations and home improvements we've done over the past eight years when establishing a price. She also made a thorough tour of the house, pointing out various things we should eliminate, change, or rearrange, and without fail, every single one made a drastic improvement - She is just that good! She also ended up having to talk us into the price she wanted to set it was higher than we'd ever imagined it could be in this day and age! It turns out that we got our offer on the fourth day of being on the market. I have never met someone so dedicated to their profession. She was efficient to a dizzying degree, answering each phone message and e-mail almost before I'd finished composing it, regardless of day of the week or time of day. Our offer happened to come in the night she was celebrating her mother's birthday, and she insisted on countering and keeping us abreast of the situation throughout the birthday dinner itself. Unreal! I cannot say enough about Stacey Stolar as a Realtor. To give you some idea of how much we love her, we invited her daughter to our son's upcoming birthday party, just because we want to have them around. I'm going through 'Stacey Withdrawal', as we call it. I could not be more grateful to her for all she did for us, nor could I respect her any more professionally than I already do. She is truly an exceptional Realtor, and we feel lucky to have met her.
Ainslie PStacey helped my husband and me buy our third house and she's one of the best realtors we've ever worked with. Despite being strangers when we first met, she really cared about getting us the best house for the best price. She often went out on a limb to accommodate our wishes and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Mindy TStacey is very honest, knowledgeable and very professional. She is the best agent we have ever worked with.
Karen C. & David PShe has extensive knowledge of the market, our area, and professionalism. Stacey really went beyond the expected service and got our house SOLD in this crazy market. Her staging advice and her pricing advice was key in making the sale. She was a great advocate and got us the best price during negotiations. We truly appreciated all her effort and time.
Eve & Marcus SShe is particularly strong in the negotiation process. She was fantastic and found our dream home working on a Saturday night at 11:00 pm. We have had bad experiences with agents in the past, Stacey was the first (of 5) that truly was on our side and not simply looking for a quick commission.
