Beth grew up in northern Virginia and got her start in real estate in the mid-1980's when she became a licensed Broker/Realtor. Six years later, she transitioned into corporate relocation as an acquisition/consultant for a national relo firm and, as the saying goes, the rest is history. For over 30 years, Beth's work in the relocation and residential real estate industry has spanned throughout the world.
After spending her first decade in real estate working in Virginia, Maryland and the Washington, DC area, Beth moved to Charlotte in 1998, at the urging of her best friend and spent 15 years with FUNB/Wachovia/Wells Fargo as a relocation consultant/manager. She moved back to Charlotte from northern Virginia (prior to a long visit with friends in Florida) where she was the global relocation manager for DXC Technology. Beth joined HM Properties in early 2021 as the Director of Relocation and Corporate Services.
Beth truly enjoys helping clients to ensure a smooth moving transition so they can be successful in their new city or country. She has a tremendous knowledge of the relocation industry and has a large network of contacts throughout the world. She is customer centric, compassionate, big picture oriented, and able to think outside of the box to come up with the best solutions for each client.
Beth lives in South Charlotte with her two Bearded Collies, Bailey and Beau. She has enjoyed volunteering at Levine Children's Hospital and Mercy Hospital doing pet therapy for patients. Beth is also an aunt/godmother to six wonderful nieces and nephews, an avid Washington Commanders Football Team fan, loves vacationing on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, taking Bailey and Beau to doggie yappie hours, and is also a frisbee throwing expert thanks to her dogs!
