Sarah is a native Charlottean and a dynamo when it comes to selling real estate. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and went on to earn a law degree from Campbell University. After graduation, she moved to Washington, D.C. in 1998 and worked as a Special Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff in the White House.

In 2000, Sarah moved back to Charlotte, earned her real estate license, and joined her mother, Lynn Salton, at Bissell Hayes Realtors. She and her mother, teamed up to become a dynamic duo and have been consistent Top Producers each year. Sarah and her mom joined HM Properties in 2009 and have continued to remain Top Producers.
