Mel understands the challenges of buying and selling a home through first-hand experience. Prior to moving to Charlotte, North Carolina, she lived in Louisiana, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and California. Mel has lived in Charlotte for over 30 years.
Mel's career as an executive with several nationwide property management firms spanned 28 years. During this time, she was responsible for apartment communities in the Charlotte region as well as other areas in North and South Carolina. This position gave her a wealth of experience in customer service, rehabbing and new construction. It also prepared her to easily transition into selling residential real estate in the Charlotte region beginning in 2000.
