There are so many reasons to recommend Lynne, including her patience, tenacity, and resourcefulness. We were new to Charlotte and Lynne spent six months helping us explore Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Once we settled on a neighborhood, Lynne supported us through two short sales (the first short sale fell through due to issues with the sellers). A short sale is a long, complicated and highly emotional process. Lynne was endlessly resourceful in getting the seller’s and their Realtor the information needed and guidance necessary to get the short sale completed.
