Testimonials
I highly recommend Gail Craven! She has been critical in getting a competitive offer on our property as well as helping us to negotiate what I feel to be a very competitive offer on our next property.
In this market, I think it’s critical to establish a proper sales price, prepare your house to stand out against a LOT of competition, and market your property better than your competition with the Realtor community in addition to the actual customers.
Gail was able to help me (a self-admitted “bad” seller who thinks his house is worth more than the market) set a proper ask price, provided professional staging services and decluttering and neutralization consultation, and she held Realtor luncheons and coffees at the house to get 40+ Realtors coming through our house on multiple occasions.
It turned out that the buyers came from a Realtor who had been at one of these events.
Gail was also very helpful in providing multiple contractors, inspectors, advice on what to fix/not fix from the buyer’s inspection and general navigation through the entire home sales and purchase process.
