Carolyn began her real estate career in 1996 as “Rookie of the Year”. A consistent Top Producer since then, Carolyn joined HM Properties in August 2008. Carolyn’s goal is to educate her buyers and sellers facilitating smooth transactions to reach a mutually beneficial goal.

A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Carolyn graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 1986. After graduation she worked in banking and sales, and moved to Charlotte in 1990. She is married with 3 children ages 17, 14, and 11. She has strong local ties to the community and is involved in a variety of civic and social organizations.
